Snapperville with Buttons

Now I've done it, I bought buttons for Snapperville! I don't have them stitched on yet, but I took pictures to send to Joy so I thought I would share them here as well.

The whole thing...

The owl was more expensive than the rest, but so worth it! I love the expression on his little face!

A star and a bird...

I love the color of the heart, and the smoke is fun!

And the end...

The buttons were all $.75 or $1 each except for the owl. The grand total was $16.25. I don't think that was too much. (I think the buttons add at least $20 worth of cute to the project!)

Thanks to Karen and Heather at Mom & Me for helping me choose buttons. Now to get the project ironed and start sewing on buttons...

The buttons look great! I may do that with mine too when I get round to stitching it. Thanks for the inspiration! :)

That really isn't bad pricing. I think it worked out really well. Now, get those bad boys sewed on so you can have the piece framed! ;)

The buttons are adorable and the price is not bad, espcially if it increases your enjoyment of the piece:)

Your Snapperville is awesome - I love all those buttons, they really add to the piece ... might have to think about that myself when I stitch mine :)

I agree that the buttons were well worth it. Sometimes you just have to go for it. ;) They do add a lot of charm to the project too. Great job!
