Lebanon Show - Specialty Stitches

I'm winding up my two week stretch of BUSY with a Women's Advance this weekend. It isn't a stitching event, but I'm really looking forward to it! Before I leave I thought I would post a few pictures from the cross stitch show last weekend. These are a few of the entries from the Specialty Stitches and Hardanger category.

This is Toccata Number Two by The Drawn Thread, stitched by Katrina. She won best of show! Absolutely gorgeous!

This is The Counted Thread Sampler by The Sampler House, stitched by Rita. I had to keep going back to look at it. Isn't it amazing? (Sorry about the flash/glare!)

This is Ginger's entry, JBS Designs Ring Bearer's Pillow. She stitched this for her son's wedding this summer. It is a beautiful heirloom! I wish you could see it in person.

Linda entered this piece, Victorian Rose by Stoney Creek Collection. Thanks to my horrible photography you can't tell that this is mounted in a box, not a frame. It is stunning!

This is looking down one of the aisles at the show.

Thanks to everyone for your comments! I appreciate your visits to my little stitching world!

Gosh, I wish one of local needlework guilds would do something like that. I'm sure it's a lot of work, but to have the opportunity to admire all of that beautiful work. Thanks for sharing!

I love the Miss Mary Mack necklace. Would you mind telling me if the Tin Pin came equiped to be a necklace or if it was modified to attach the cord??
I have only seen the "pin" version offered!! I love the idea of this!!

Thanks for any info!!
