This is a kit from Heart In Hand called Freedom Rings. It comes with a really cute tuck pillow. It was finished except for the border, so it stitched up quickly.
I finished my latest Bent Creek Zipper, the Penguin Snow Globe. I always have a Zipper going, and I've stitched a lot of them over the years. This might just be my favorite. It was finished except for the snowflakes and buttons. Could this penguin be any cuter?
The last project was stitched for my friend Sue. I used the Brightneedle freebie "Dearest Friend" and made a few changes. I know Sue will like the colors because they are from her free design "Be Ye Kind"! I'm pleased with the way it turned out.
Now that these projects are finished I have 3 "goals" for the rest of January.
- Finish Part 17 of Terre de France
- Start Snapperville
- Make progress on Miss Mary Mack
That sounds very do-able! If I finish Part 17 of TdF and the first section of Snapperville, I will have 7 finishes for January. Be advised, that is a pace I can't maintain for the rest of the year!
Thank you for your comments! I really do appreciate the feedback!

Congratulations on the finishes Chelle! It sure has been fun watching everyone's progress on Miss Mary Mack - thanks for organizing!
Nice job finishing those pieces. I've finished the main stitching on MMM, but only because I really focussed.
