Isn't it fun to get a new stitching toy?

Joanie I should try the scroll rods I have, but I worry they will be difficult to hold since I'm used to the q-snaps! Do you use a lap or floor stand with them?

And yes Lelia, I have been known to buy extra linen. True confessions!! Can you believe it?? What a waste. Now that my sewing machine is out all the time I really should add scrap fabric around the edges when I need it. I think you're the SMART one!Chellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00591712058338153577noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11602491.post-1126188789114360272005-09-08T09:13:00.000-05:002005-09-08T09:13:00.000-05:00lol. I baste scrap material (like old tee-shirt stuff) to linen pieces in order to make the ground large enough for q-snaps!! Now, we both know I'm the twisted one ; ) lol.Leliahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04234080378437860941noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11602491.post-1126145601637224952005-09-07T21:13:00.000-05:002005-09-07T21:13:00.000-05:00I like scroll rods up to about 14 inches. I tried Q-snaps but I get tired holding them.

Cool question.Joaniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17749912043612345670noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11602491.post-1126097802658087432005-09-07T07:56:00.000-05:002005-09-07T07:56:00.000-05:00I just got my first Q Snap last week and I don't k...I just got my first Q Snap last week and I don't know how I lived without it! Tried a scroll but I didn't like it. I've always used hoops and been careful to move them around to avoid persistant rings.

Your blog is fun to read - keep up the good work!mainely stitchinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05915498269348257624noreply@blogger.com
